Residents’ Council
The Residents’ Council meets regularly so that residents can freely voice any concerns or suggestions regarding issues which affect their everyday life within the nursing home. The group encourages regular communication between residents, staff and the Executive Director.
Family Council
The Family Council at Middlesex Terrace is a welcoming, supportive hand and ear for families of residents.
The Council encourages and promotes open communication between family, residents and staff members. It also educates families by providing speakers and materials on topics of interest.
