Middlesex Terrace provides a wide range of accommodations to meet the needs of the residents entrusted to our care:
- Fully furnished and maintained to highest housekeeping standards
- Alarmed exits
Current accommodation per diem rates are set by the Ontario Ministry of Health, and are available at the Ministry of Health website.
Middlesex Terrace reserves 1 spacious and private room for short stay use. As with all of our beds, the admission into the respite beds is arranged through the local Community Care Access Centre. Residents who stay in our respite bed enjoy all of the services offered to our long-term care residents.
We are happy to arrange a tour of our home. We believe it is important for families to view the home prior to placing your loved one in long-term care. To arrange for a tour, please call Jan Shkilnyk at (519) 652-3483 or email her at email@example.com.
If you are moving your loved one into Middlesex Terrace, please feel free to contact the home to address any questions or concerns prior to your arrival. The staff of We are here to assist you with this difficult transition in any way that we can. Families are strongly encouraged to come and see the room prior to admission day to help you prepare for the move.
Annual inspections are completed by the Ontario Ministry of Health.
